www.ARC-Tech.Net sole purpose is providing railroad training and research while also providing the railroad industry with the highest quality prescreened Professional Railroad Personnel available.

People that work for www.ARC-Tech.Net are required to become a www.ARC-Tech.Net Certified Railroad Human Resource Agent (RRHR).

www.ARC-Tech.Net will pay you to work, while you train on your own time and increase your pay rate every time you complete a step in your certification.

Once you have completed your Training and Certification you will be available for www.ARC-Tech.Net as a RRHR Agent at a merit rate, based on level of understanding and bonus based on production or you may also be placed with other railroad companies if you request.

* Minimum www.ARC-Tech.Net RRHR agreement in exchange for training is 60 Days or the training fee of $250.00 will be deducted from your pay. Pay will stay at $8.00 per hour, after 60 working days pay is increased to $8.52 per hour. To stay employed with www.ARC-Tech.Net you must complete the FRA Track Safety Standards training within 90 days. This is required by www.ARC-Tech.Net for all personnel. After working 6 months (130 working days)  and completion of the FRA training,  pay will be then increased to $9.04 per hour with incentive, other bonuses and merit raises.
